    (https://bookoocoffee.com) or from an authorized distributor

  • A valid proof of purchase is provided

 

Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unopened

  • All original packaging and accessories must be intact

Items may be refused if they show signs of use, damage, or improper handling.

 

Non-Eligible Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items purchased from unofficial or third-party channels

  • Products without valid proof of purchase

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items marked as non-returnable in advance
