  • You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from BOOKOO
    (https://bookoocoffee.com) or from authorized distributors.

  • Items purchased from unofficial channels are not eligible for BOOKOO after-sales service or warranty support.

Steps to Initiate a Return or Refund

  1. Contact us at support@bookoocoffee.com

  2. Please include the following information in your email:

    • Order number

    • Proof of purchase

    • Reason for the request

    • Photos or a short video (required if the product is damaged or defective)

  3. If your request is approved, we will send you:

    1. Return or disposal instructions

    2. Shipping guidance (if applicable)

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Shipping Your Return

  1. Contact us for the correct shipping location depending on where you live.

  2. You are responsible for your own shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any unpaid extra costs will be deducted from your refund.

  3. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  4. If the item value is over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

     

What Happens Next?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.
