If your scale does not charge or shows no charging response, please check the following:

1. Incompatible charger or cable

• The scale does not support fast-charging adapters.

• Please try a standard charger and a different charging cable.

   

2. The scale becomes hot during charging

Possible cause:
The scale’s battery over-temperature protection may have been triggered.

What to do:

• Place the scale in a cool, shaded area and allow it to rest for a while.

• Once the temperature returns to normal, try charging again.

   

If still not charging after checks

• Please contact our support team via support@bookoocoffee.com.

• Please provide a short video showing the issue.

• Share a photo of the charger’s model number you are using.

   

If the scale still won’t charge after trying a different cable and adapter, our support team will assist you with the next steps, including arranging a replacement if necessary.
