If your EM is connected but data appears incorrect, delayed, or out of sync, the following steps may help.
Using the Right App
Please make sure you are using the latest BOOKOO N App rather than an older version. For a detailed guide on the new app and its improvements, please refer to Why Upgrade to BOOKOO N and What’s New Compared to Older Apps ( BOOKOO App & BOOKOO Tool ).
Restart the BOOKOO N App and Reconnect
Close the BOOKOO N APP and reopen it.
Manually reconnect to the EM device.
Update App & Firmware
Confirm your BOOKOO N App is updated to the latest version.
Make sure your EM firmware is updated to the latest version.
Note that older or low-performance phones may experience delays when rendering charts.
