By registering an account on the BOOKOO official website (bookoocoffee.com), you may extend your warranty by an additional year.
What Is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear.
Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse.
Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
Damage caused by natural disasters, fire, water immersion, or other force majeure events.
Damage due to improper use (especially important for high-precision devices like coffee scales).
Consumable products (e.g., filters, batteries, or other items listed as consumables).
Note:
Repairs or replacements performed during the warranty period do not extend or reset the original warranty.
If the failure is caused by user error or the warranty has expired, support may still be available, but repair fees, shipping, and taxes may apply.
