1. One-Click Withdrawal (Effective from June 19, 2026)

Starting from June 19, 2026, eligible customers may exercise their right of withdrawal through the dedicated withdrawal function available on our website.

Customers may submit a withdrawal request through the following steps:

1. Navigate to the order details page. In the top-right corner, click “Manage”, then select either “Cancel Order” or “Return”, depending on the request.

2. Submit the request. The relevant status will then appear on the order page, and a confirmation email will be automatically sent.

3. At this point, the cancellation or return request is complete. No further action is required.

4. The request will be reviewed by the BOOKOO customer service team, and approval is typically completed within 48 business hours.

2. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer receives the order.

Where an order is delivered in multiple shipments, the withdrawal period shall begin on the day the last item in the order is received.

If the final day of the withdrawal period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the period will be extended to the next working day where required by applicable law.

3. Return of Products

Following a valid withdrawal request, the customer must return the goods within 14 days from the date the withdrawal request is submitted. This requirement applies to orders that have been shipped or partially shipped.

Unless otherwise instructed by BOOKOO, returned goods must be sent to:

Returned products must:

• Include all original accessories, manuals, and components;

• Be returned in their original packaging;

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

4. Partial Returns

In the case of a partial return, reimbursement will be limited to the purchase price of the product(s) actually returned.

5. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, BOOKOO will process the reimbursement no later than fourteen (14) days thereafter.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

BOOKOO reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received and inspected.

6. Return Value Adjustment

Customers may be responsible for any reduction in value where returned goods have been used beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature and functioning. This includes excessive use, damage, missing items, modification, or abnormal wear.

BOOKOO reserves the right to apply a proportionate deduction from the refund amount to reflect any loss in value of the returned goods.

Such deductions may include, without limitation, repair costs, refurbishment costs, costs of replacing missing parts or accessories, or any other objectively justified reduction in value.

7. Promotional Gifts and Free Items

If an order includes a free gift, promotional item, bundled product, complimentary item, or any other item supplied without additional charge as part of a promotion, such item must also be returned if the withdrawal relates to the qualifying purchase.

If the customer fails to return any such item, BOOKOO may, at its discretion:

• require its return; or

• deduct its market value from the refund amount.

The market value will be determined based on the retail price displayed on the official BOOKOO website at the time the refund is assessed.

8. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are exempt from withdrawal rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws, including but not limited to:

• Goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized;

• Other products exempted under applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
