How to request a replacement

  1. Contact our support team via email or Help Center message.

  2. Provide:

    • Your order number

    • A short video or photo showing the issue (if possible)

    • Confirmation that your contact information and shipping address are up to date

  3. Our support team will confirm the details and process the replacement.

 

Replacement Shipping & Costs

  • The replacement product will be processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping time depends on your location and carrier.

  • A tracking number will be provided once shipped.

  • Important: If the replacement is required due to a product quality issue, you will not be responsible for any shipping costs.
