A short video or photo showing the issue (if possible)
Confirmation that your contact information and shipping address are up to date
Our support team will confirm the details and process the replacement.
Replacement Shipping & Costs
The replacement product will be processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping time depends on your location and carrier.
A tracking number will be provided once shipped.
Important: If the replacement is required due to a product quality issue, you will not be responsible for any shipping costs.
