Shipping Time

  • Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days after order confirmation.

  • Delivery Estimates:

    • For most countries, estimated delivery for general products (excluding the Motto80 Grinder) is 7–15 business days.

    • Shipping for the Motto80 Grinder typically takes 1–3 weeks, depending on destination and customs clearance.

    • Delivery to remote countries or regions may require additional delivery time.

    • Customs processing may affect delivery times.

  • Possible Delays:

    • Shipping times may be extended due to factors such as high order volume during promotions or product launches, pre-order fulfillment schedules, customs clearance, weather conditions, local carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

    • For pre-order items, estimated shipping timelines will be listed on the product page.

Lost or Misdelivered Packages

If your package appears lost or misdelivered, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Check your order and surroundings

  • Track your package using ParcelPanel or the local (last-mile) carrier’s tracking page for delivery updates, using the order number from your confirmation email.

  • Check your inbox and spam/junk folder if you cannot find the email.

  • Verify with family members, neighbors, or anyone who might have received the package on your behalf.

  • Check around your door, porch, mailbox, or other delivery spots.

Step 2: Verify with the carrier

  • Contact the delivery company to confirm the delivery status.

  • Wait an additional 24–48 hours if the package is marked as delivered but not received, as couriers sometimes mark items delivered prematurely.

Step 3: Contact BOOKOO Customer Service

  • Provide your order number and contact us via email.

  • Our team will investigate with the carrier.

  • If the package is confirmed lost during transit, we can resend the items or, if preferred, offer a refund.

Note: We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier with proof of delivery (e.g., signature or photo). Please allow some time for investigation; we will provide updates as soon as more information is available.
