EM is designed to operate within a temperature range of:

0–80°C (32–176°F)

⚠️ When Installing on a High-Temperature Group Head

Some espresso machine group heads operate at temperatures above 100°C (212°F).

When connecting EM to a group head running above 100°C:

• An adapter must be used to reduce heat transfer.

• This helps ensure the EM remains within its normal operating temperature range (0–80°C).

Direct attachment without a heat-reducing adapter may result in overheating and potential damage.
