What’s New in Themis Ultra (Version v4.0.0)?

Updated Mode Structure

Themis Ultra now includes three main modes:

• Weight Mode

• Flow Mode

• Ratio Mode

The previous standalone Auto Mode has been integrated into:

• Flow Mode + Auto

• Ratio Mode + Auto

Users can now enable Auto functionality directly within these two modes.

Other Updates

The update also includes:

• Mirror Mode: View and control Themis Ultra directly through the BOOKOO N App.

• 2kg Weight Protection: The scale provides an alert sound when the weight exceeds 2kg.

• Improved Tare Function: When the scale remains unstable for more than 2 seconds during tare, it will select the value closest to the current zero point.

• Manual Dose Input: Users can manually enter coffee dose weight in the BOOKOO N App.

• Button Sound Setting: Quickly press the left button 4 times to turn button sound on/off.

• Weight Unit Switching: Quickly press the left button 6 times to switch between oz and g.

How to Use Auto Function in Flow Mode and Ratio Mode?

The Auto function is now available in both Flow Mode and Ratio Mode.

1. Enable Auto Function

In Flow Mode or Ratio Mode:

• Triple-click the right button to enable Auto function.

• The Auto indicator will appear or disappear on the display.

2. Prepare and Weigh

When Auto function is enabled:

• Place items on the scale and weigh normally.

• The right button can still be used for regular tare operations.

3. Enter Ready Status

After preparation:

• Press the left button once.

• The scale enters "Ready" Status.

  - Placing items on the scale will automatically trigger tare.

  - The timer will start when liquid flow is detected or when the left button is pressed again.

  - The timer will stop according to the selected stop condition, and the brewing summary data will be displayed.

4. Start Timing

The timer supports two methods:

Automatic Start (Default)
The timer starts automatically when liquid flow is detected.

Manual Start
Press the left button once to start timing manually.

5. Stop Timing

The timer can stop through the following methods:

• Remove all items from the scale.

• Stop after flow rate reaches zero.

• Remove only the dripper.

• Press any button to stop manually.

The stop condition can be customized in the BOOKOO N App.

6. Brewing Summary

After timing stops completely:

Flow Mode + Auto displays:

• Time

• Average flow rate

• Total weight

Ratio Mode + Auto displays:

• Time

• Brew ratio

• Total weight

After reviewing the brewing data, press any button to reset data. Press the left button again to enter Ready Status.
